After a certain level of speed bike got jerked again and again

Hello respected seniors , when i drive my discover 100 cc bike at the speed of exact 60kmph my bike got jerked simultaneously,but when i drive it bellow 60kmph nothing happen on that moment.i visit lots of garage also bajaj service center they can't catch the problem.please suggest me anyone that what is the problem,and what should i do?

My bike (model 2003 Caliber 115 CC) jerks when I drop its speed a bit. Suppose m driving in 3 gear on same time its rpm meter shows its hand on 3 but it jerks i dont know what kind of problem is this??...

the air & fuel flow in the carburetor requires balancing
