If you have an air compressor and air gun tip simply

insert the tip into the grip and apply air but

you need to remove the vibration dampeners first

SOURCE: what oil is best for a 2007 suzuki boulevard?

Use only JASO MA rated oil. Either 10w-40 or 20w-50 depending on temperature.Do not use any oil with Energy Conserving on the label it will shorten the wet clutch and gear life. Consider using synthetic oil your bike will run smoother, cooler, and shift easier. Also synthetic Hypoid gear oil will make your final drive run cooler also.

the pipe that is getting red hot may be running very rich and dumping fuel into the exhaust. Or you could have a restriction in the pipe.

What casues the 07 Suzuki boulevard M50 to run rich. I put full synthetic in it last year and it shifted great but then started to run richer. Or is there some other explenation. Just turn 11k.

The motor oil shouldn't have anything to do with the air/fuel mixture.

What makes you think it's running rich? Your bike is fuel injected, and should self-regulate the air/fuel mixture.
