There are two bolts through the bottom of the upper cabinet that attach to the top of the microwave. These support the front of the microwave. There is a wall plate attached to the wall studs that supports the back. If removing the microwave, take care when removing the front support bolts, as the microwave will fall if not supported when these are removed. There are instructions available at www.sears.com under parts direct. Your model number will be a longer number than you have here it will look like this 000.00000.

Sometimes older microwave ovens are built into the walls and are attached to the studs and mountings already in the house with cabinets built around them. Try taking off the paneling of your cabinets a little at a time until you can see how the microwave is attached. I think there are only three very long bolts that can be used to attach this microwave to the cabinet floor or shelf. Grease, paint, varnish all can make the case stick to the cabinet. You might try running a putty knife or scraper around all the exposed edges keeping the top bolts in place so it will not fall down.
