Check the battery. Is it charged? Also does the neutral light go on?
If not check the neutral switch.
The neutral switch is behind the engine case near the rear shock and has one wire. Make sure the bike is in neutral or on stands. Remove the one wire and put it to earth/chassis/ground (somewhere metal on the bike). The neutral light should come on and you should be able to start the bike if that was the problem.

Blikers only work with running lights off

You have the tail light you just installed wired wrong or if the new tail light is a LED tail light your looking at the LED's possibly not drawing enough power to make the flasher work. change the flasher to a LED specific one.

I have a 1990 Arctic Cat Cheetah Touring and everything runs well except when you turn the key to start the motor, it won't start. Turn the key to run position and short out the two power terminal

Well, I can probably help you but you will need a Voltmeter and know how to use it. Shouldn't be too much of a diagnostic problem but the VM is first. Do you have one and know how to use it?

1996 1500 chevy Z71 ,350 engine. Everything works electronic except when you turn key on it won't crank

First try getting a boost. It could be just a low battery. The starter takes much more power than everything else together. If you have already tried that, or it doesn't help, try shorting out the starter with a screwdriver. If it works , your ignition switch could be faulty, or the neutral switch for the shiter.

Ignition wont turn off

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Offhand, it would appear that some of the contacts of the main (ignition) switch has fused together. To check, with the ignition switch off and key removed, all wires from the ignition switch must have no 12 volts reading except for the red.

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.
