Not without seriously compromising the wiring harness and exposing wires to excessive corrosion. The turn indicator circuit starts at the signal fuse, voltage goes from the fuse to the flasher relay, through the relay to the turn indicator switch. The switch has a single input (voltage from the flasher) that may be routed by the switch one of two directions - the two left turn indicator lights OR the two right turn indicator lights, There is no position that routes voltage to both sets of lights, nor is there a provision in either the switch OR the wiring harness for one to be created. Police motorcycles have special wiring harnesses that intercept the leads between the switch and the lights, diode-protecting the turn indicator switch from voltages generated by a separate light control box, used to power flashing lights added during the assembly of the motorcycle, or by qualified installers during its conversion for police use.
