Starts and runs for about 5 mins and loses spark. has new ignition coil new cdi and new pulsar coil .same problem
SOURCE: my keeway wont start
Check the fuses. Is the kill switch on or shorting out? Disconnect it and then check for spark. Sidestand/centerstand should be up, Got a good battery?
I am unfamiliar with your Keeway and just trying to help. Don't give me a bad rating if I miss the mark on this one. Thanks.

Hi and welcome to FixYa,
The voltage on the green wire must be pulsating when cranking/starting the bike, not steady. Confirm by similarly testing the voltage on the black wire on the left ignition coil. If the green still reads a constant voltage, then the CDI is faulty; to be more specific, most likely that the switching tansistor inside the CDI that drives the right ignition coil has shorted.
Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.

Either the pickup coil is bad (triggers the coils) or maybe the ground is bad .
Or maybe they are both bad at the same time. Also check the ignition switch.Remove the ignition switch wiring harness out.Disconnect the wires, then clean them and reconnect and then check voltage to the wires, if all is perfect, then try to start, it will give spark, if still no spark and coils are new and replaced, then its short in ignition switch issue.Check the ignition switch wires, any of the wire is crimped/pinched and got cut in between or got loose from its connection.--------------Or its a bad ground issue.-------
This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.

Start looking at the brown wire that goes from the kill switch to the coil as the problem.
It will be the brown wire.
See this wiring diagram:

The start relay can also be the problem.....
If you still have the problem after some troubleshooting respond here and I will help you.
Thanks for choosing FixYa,
