The main Hi-Pressure cap is under the Gas Tank. You'll have to remove the tank to access it ... But there's an overflow reservoir with it's own cap behind the Right Hand Side Cover, just below the seat.

I need year--make--model?
Is there a cap on the radiator? If not, some vehicles use a surge tank, that has a cap. Never remove a pressure cap on a hot engine.

Where is the location of the radiator cap on a 2001 holden astra

Some radiators don't have a cap. If you have a pressure cap on the reservoir, this is a good indication the radiator doesn't have one. Radiator caps are usually on the passenger side or center. It could be hidden under the plastic cover from the bumper to frame.
