What type of spark plug will i use NGK BKR5E-11 or BKR6E-11? i usually travel 8 km and 8 km back with speed of 50 km

burns emissions better but make sure the plugs are interchangable

size 16 is BOGUS to the max. and the word most... sad....

Wrong spark plugs?
Make sure you use iridium plugs by NGK or Denso.

Wrong Octane?
Your engine should use regular gas. But you might be getting some low grade gas. You can try using a higher octane fuel. Or try adding a octane booster.

The OEM plug for your vehicle (NGK BKR6E-N-11) comes pre-gapped from the manufacturer at .043" (1.1mm).

The earlier 1999 Discovery uses NGK BKR6E plugs or equivalent and the gap is 0.8 mm (0.025"). The later 1999 Discover uses NGK PFR6N-11 plugs or equivalent and the gap there is 1.1 mm (0.043")

NGK plugs seam to work the best.ive tried super dupper platnums and spli fires whent back to the factory ones NGKfor your vehicle i think there NGK BKR6E might just ask an auto parts store for 2000 spectra NGK plugs they should be pre gapped but write the gap on the box at the store they can pull it up. the plugs come pre gapped but you should always check them.

Original equipment for your Nubira is GOLDEN - BKR6E-11 with gap 1.1 mm or you can use NGK with the same number and gap.

You are correct in saying the gap. Call a suzuki dealer, ask for service and as what the gap should be. Your problem is more than likely not having set the gap. Before you change that gap, if you can, measure what is now vs/what it should be. You will need a feeler gauge. Grainger sells the, so des NAPA.
