Need wiring Diagram for mini chopper 49cc pull start

If its a brand new carb and you have compression and spark most likely the problem is the idle mixture screw is turned in too far or turned out too far I think the proper setting is 1and a half turns out from being lightly seated .if that doesn't work check your spark plug for proper gap or clean it
