if not getting hot can only be not firing on the cylinder it connects to, try swapping the plugs about and then see if any other can stays cold or the rear one gets hot. Bikes eh whod have em
If the bike has been laid up for a while without the carb's being drained, they lacquer up and need sonic cleaning to get them 100 per cent. The ringing sound from sounds like broken piston rings, the low compression reading on 4 confirm this, Sorry, it looks like major surgery required.
Kick lever will not start the motorcycle.<br /><br />I can pull it behind a car and it starts.<br /><br />Would it be the Solenoid? Back lefthand corner of the what looks like oil pan,center plug is tranny, made to drain with the bike on its jiffy stand. (do not know who names that stuff)
If I am not mistaken you are speaking about the gear whine of fifth gear in the transmission. This is a common complaint of owners of bikes of your make and model. It is not harmfull to the operation of the bike but it is annoying. Baker offers a gear that has a different cut in the gears that will stop the whine but it is not a cheap fix.
