Where are the fusible links for the starter in a 2003 montana

I believe one is right next to the starter, front, just right of center when standing facing your engine compartment....down at about the same elevation from the ground as the bottom of the radiator. Can't remember any others, but I do think there is at least one more...good luck and be save...ohh and when you start working on this fusible link I've pointed out for you...take extra precaution to avoid the 12 volt cable connection on the battery that comes from the battery. I think I would disconnect the battery before starting...

What can I do next. T V not starting, after replacing PSU. what should I do next.

Sounds like a main board fault.
These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. Viewing it in "Mosaic" or "Magazine" will make surf easy.

I need to know how to go about the second procedure for valve clearance on my 1.5l mitsubishi lancer. ive started on TDC AND COMPLETED THE FIRST STEP BUT LEADING ON TO THE SECOND STEP IS TROUBLE?????? HELP

the easiest way is to start at the first valve, first you need to know if the inlet & exhaust valves have the same clearance, starting from the left side of the engine ( standing at the front ) the first valve exhaust, the next two are inlet, the next two are exhaust, the next two are inlet & the last one is exhaust, what you do is turn the engine over by hand ( this might be easier if you remove the spark plugs ) until the valve opens & closes, after it closes turn the engine a little more & adjust the clearance on that valve, repeat this action on every valve until they have all been adjusted.......hope this helps......cheers.

I have a 1993 ford ranger stand.cab w/2.3l 5spd std.charging system will not charge.I've changed battery, altonator, belt, checked all the wiring in the engine compartment everything checks out fine.still...

Hi Closet, I think the problem will be with the voltage regulator or a defective alternator. I believe it will be easier to fit a service exchange unit. That will mean removing the alternator from the vehicle. Remove the keys from the ignition. I believe its a good idea to make sketches all the way through the procedure, that way you'll know what goes where. Disconnect the battery and remove the negative. Loosen the alternator tensioner until the belt can be removed. Disconnect the electrical connections. Remove the through bolt under the alternator and then remove the top bolt. Remove the alternator from the bracket. Fitting is the reverse procedure. Make sure the belt is correctly tightened, and you should be away. Regards Johngee10

This procedure should solve the problem. Before you start it, please make sure the machine is unplugged.

First, remove the airway inspection. It’s located at the side of your cleaner.

Next, hold the main body of the cleaner halfway between the floor and upright position. Then, place two fingers in the square hole left by the airway inspection (you should be able to see a round hole at the base) then pull that plastic piece sharply upwards. You should hear a click as you do so.

Your machine should now stand upright and you may also notice an improvement in the suction, too.

If this procedure hasn’t worked, please call our experts on 0800 298 0298 (UK) or 1866MYDYSON (US).

Many thanks

My HESD warning light came on on my 2007 honda cbr600rr, what does that mean?

HESD stands for Honda Electronic Steering Damper. The indicator light is telling you there may be a problem with the system. The procedure for testing the system is as follows (perform without the engine running):

Raise and support the front of the bike. Move the steering back and forth several times and make a mental note of the feel, this is at minimum damping.
Next:
1. Lower the side stand
2. Shift transmission into a gear other than neutral.
3. Open the throttle fully.
4. Turn the ignition switch on while maintaining steps 1-3.
The HESD icon on the LCD display should start blinking ( If not, start over ).
For the next 10 seconds, the ECM will set the HESD to maximum damping ( full-stiff ). Compare this to minimum damping. If there is no change, replace the HESD unit.

NOTE: This test will not work if the Malfunction Indicator Lamp has indicated a problem exists in the PGM-DSFI ( MIL is flashing ).

Need turntable stand replacement...

Hi, I just noticed your posting as I was looking for a replacement switch for mine. Mine has only been used once (never leave your mother and sister alone, to make candy divinity, with a mixer they don't know how to use :). I was hoping to be able to replace the part I need so I can use it, but if you could use it more, please let me know. My email is [email protected] I have NO idea what the procedure is for something like this, I don't think it goes against the Terms of Use, I would just like to help if I can.
Thanks! Cris
