My intruder 1500 is dead, I checked e fuses and it has a new starter relay but I'm not getting any juice to the ignition switch. I already checked the fuse box and everything seems to be fine, even th

I had a spare cdi and ignition switch. I changed it and nothing happened. Can anyone tell me if there is a main fuse other than the small fuse box on the side of the bike?

There should be an ignition in-line fuse under the tank. This is the fake tank under your gauges. The actual gas tank is below the seat. Let me know if you find it.

1999 Suzuki intruder VL-1500. Nothing from starter when ignition hit. Fuses checked.

Question edited for clarity, full year make model.
Question moved from Suzuki Cars.

Does it has an anti-theft system? All the hallmarks of what happens when you disconnect the battery. It may be a faulty switch, as they do wear out.

Suzuki intruder vs1400... Rode with no issue... Cut if off now no power at all. Fuses checked out good. Battery is two days old. @

Read this forum about loosing the electrical problem with your vs1400. With a voltage tester , trace the power from the battery following the main power cable to find the problem.

My battery is good and I have 12V to the 30V main fuse, the 10A ingition fuse is good - but when I turn my key I get no poser to the headlight it like it is dead - could it be the ignition switch?

You may have a separate headlight fuse that is blown. You could have a dirty or broken contact base on your ignition switch that is not supplying power to that part of the bike. Or you could have a dirty or broken starter button . The starter button when pushed in half way, turns off the headlight. when it is pushed in all the way it engages the solenoid. If it the button try cleaning it. If that does not work you will have to replace the switch assembly.

Help on a motorcycle Question

Did you check the fuse at the starter relay?
This is main system fuse and not in the fuse panel with the other sub-system fuses.
