I have a Kymco Stryker that I have just replaced the indicators on, but, they don't flash they are on just like the light would be. I need to find the relay but don't know where to start, can anyone h

I have just replaced the indicators on my Kymco Stryker, but they are just staying on not flashing. I need to find the relay for the indicators to see if that is the problem or better yet if someone has any better ideas I would be very grateful. Thank you Sean

Did you replace the whole indictator assemblies or the bulbs and are they l.e.d indicators you have on it now and was it using l.e.d ones originally

    Thank you for your reply. We replaced the whole indicators. Will check with the bulbs thank you.

    the bulbs are matched to the indicator relays so for instyance your indicator relay may say 2x10w whcih means its for two(both indicators) ten watt bulbs so if you had 2 21 watt bulbs it wouldnt flash you would need to change the bulbs to 10watt bulbs or the relay to one thats says( 2 x 21w) hope that helps,cheers adam

i had a semilar problem on my Kymco and i found that my fuse was not making proper contact.

what i did:the fuse im talking about is the small fuse in a "bottle" like cylinder in the positive power of the battery,the conection points in this little cylinder worn out and the fuse couldnt make contact any more i took the fuse out completely just linked the wires with lugs and my bike is working fine.

Turn both the air screw and the throttle screw inward until they LIGHTLY seat. Now turn each of them one and one half turns outward. This is tha factory setting.

Use 10w40 motor oil. Stick with the major brands; Pennzoil, Quaker State, Mobil or Shell.
