Where is the choke located on this bike and does this bike have a reserve tank on it
The choke is in the ecm. The mapping provides for a rich fuel mixture for starting and then it is leaned out after the engine is running and over time as the bike warms up etc. There is nothing like a manual choke on EFI engines.
It should have one (my 2005 fxd does) on the left side of the engine adjacent to the horn cover. it's not a true choke, but an enrichner circuit. it should stay out when you pull it and has to be pushed back in when finished.the reserve is built into the main tank is about a gallon and must be actuated by turning the fuel switch to reserve.(also on the left side of the engine where it exits from the rear bottom edge of the fuel tank.)
This bike is fuel injected, therefore no manual choke. Choke or fuel enrichment in fuel injected terms is controlled by the ECM in conjunction with the engine temperature sensor. There is no 'reserve', but you will get a 'low fuel' warning light when fuel is low, same as cars.
SOURCE: change a stator
First secure the bike on a lift. disconnect battery.remove standard footpeg.Remove standard shifter. Remove all allen head bolts from outer primary cover. Some bolts are longer so keep track of where they go.Two bolts on the primary inspection cover also hold the outer to the inner primary case, so remove the cover. Now remove the outer primary case. The clutch, primary chain, adjuster, and compensating sprocket must be reoved as a single unit.Once you have done this take a rag and grasp the rotor and slide it off of the main engine shaft.Unplug the stator and remove the set screws holding it in place.Reverse procedure to install new stator.

SOURCE: What is the correct tire pressure for a 2005
38-42 psi is recommended but many riders prefer a lower pressure for a smoother ride.

There are many service manuals available for your bike. Of course, the factory service manuals are the best and you should be able to order one at any local dealer.
If not, there are other sources for both the original Harley manuals and other manuals. Do a search on the internet for motorcycle service manuals. Two such places are www.motolit.com and www.motorcyclebooks.com A service manual should not be difficult to find.
SOURCE: Where is the transmission dipstick on a 1999
Look on the right side of the bike and you'll see a large plug that takes a 3/8' hex key to remove it. Check the transmission oil level with the bike standing straight up. Now, if you bought the bike used, some people change the dipstick to a knurled knob type dipstick so they can get it out with their fingers. It should be on the clutch release cover close to where the clutch cable goes into the transmission.
