Have got my 250r mageeli 2012 .. The cooling fan is on everytime i ride it.. I have filled coolant aswell

I would check the fan motor itself.

Do the radiator cooling fans work ? With the car idling turn on the A/C , does the radiator cooling fan come on ?

It can be faulty coolant temperature sensor.Its not sensing exact coolant heat temperature so its overheating then required level.

Get the coolant pressure tested, its definitely leaking coolant. You will need to get the coolant running line.

Pressure test will help you to know from where exactly coolant/refrigerant is getting leaked.

It can be issue with faulty motor or its faulty fan control relay.

there is a fuse aswell as a sensor switch in the radiator itself which when reaches certain temp activates fan to cool radiator, if radiator isnt getting all that hot or not at all there is a thermostat built into cooling system, generally to side above gearbox or to the front of engine, this could be stuck closed which will prevent water circulating, you can identify this part by looking for a dome shaped plastic or metal piece bolted to engine (generally two, one either side, and it will have an electrical sensor located in it or beside it, drain coolant, remove domed cover and there you will find thermostat, purchase replacement and refit making sure to clean all joining surfaces and use or apply proper gasket or liquid gasket to seal joint, filling cooling system is bit mor tricky, for this just google car make model with coolant filling procedure, dont forget to add anti freeze when refilling, this also acts as a summer coolant.

he always over-heats his 450. Everytime he pulls off the track he has little to no coolant left. He's tried to mess with the carburator but unfortunatly that is not fixing the problem. I'm not sure if he's tried the water wetter yet, but I know he's been thinking about it. Anybody else have any suggestions on how to keep this 450 cooled down while riding? It's gotta be a pain in the ass to fill the radiators with coolant everytime you pull off the track,Adjusting the carb will not solve the problem. It has to be leaking out someplace obviously. Could be a head gasket, could be a bad thermostat or it could be leaking. How hard is he riding it. Also maybe he should try flushing his system out good and trying Engine Ice. Also he could try leaving the Rad cap on the setting where it is slightly off to help release pressure.,,,
