14.5 ft lbs. Most important is stagger side to side and do it in three steps. Food for thought...when's the last time you had your torque wrench calibrated? Should be done annually and if it's ever been dropped. Oddly enough the old inexpensive "ruler" type (a bar coming back to a flat gauge near the handle) are more accurate and consistent than break always. OR 50 bucks buys an awesome ac delco digital adopter on say amazon or ebay, that's really accurate.

SOURCE: what is the head bolt torque on a 1990 suzuki lt250r

The 8mm head bolts are torqued at 19 - 21 ft/lbs.
any smaller 6mm bolts are torqued to only 6 ft/lbs
like those on the lower cylinder.

Hi what is the torque setting for the main crank shaft pully left hand thread bolt on a 1.3 ddis Suzuki Swift .. which is a fiat d13a motor. Thanks

RIGHT! That's more like it.

The tightening order is a spiral from the front of the engine, all the big bolts first, then the little studs on the front:

10 6 2 3 7 - head bolts

9 5 1 4 8 - head bolts

13 11 12 14 - studs with M8 nuts

torques:

bolts:

stage 1: 20Nm

stage 2: angle tighten by 90 degrees

stage 3: angle tighten by 90 degrees

nuts: 20-23Nm

it doesn't specify what stage you do the nuts up, I've always done them up at stage 1 and then re-tightened them at stage 3 (they always go loose as the head clamps down)
