I have a 1985 Honda gold wing interstate that I just change oil in and it was creamy looking so I put new in it start it up let run a min then pulled the dip stick out and it still looks creamy. What could be cause of this? I'm not losing any water. When I first changed the oil it had a strong gas small to it and the guy I got it from said it ran hot on him then he pulled over to let it cool down then he went him and he said some guy said it needed a thermostat so I pull the one on the bike now off and its just the housing it has nothing inside it so I have a new one on the way.. so what could make the oil look creamy

I guess you will have to reset the air-mixture screws of the carburator/s.
Not bad if you check the condition of the spark plugs...if its ..'Whitish' means lean i.e. less gas in, Brownish...means ok, 'Blackish'...means too much gas in .....'rich'
In your bike's case you may find it 'whitish'.
Hope this helps !
