Over filled and excess oil being burnt in the cylinder.
Drain some oil and refill to the correct level.

SOURCE: 2009 KTM 250 exc-f excessive oil use, no apparent

It is normal for these bikes to use some oil. A typical, maintained 250 4 stroke will use a pint of oil or more in one day of riding - depending on a lot of variables, of course. Oil consumption on these four strokes is quite typical.

SOURCE: would too much oil in case make oil leak on 2004

All engines have a oil level .if too much oil is put in an engine ,above the recomended level then pressure produced when the engine is running will force ouil into places its not meant to go .This will cause oil leaks in any number of places and could cause damage to seals or correct running of the engine .

If i take my hydraulic clutch line off can i ride my ktm still or will oil be constantly coming out of the engine case?

That would be like riding a fixed wheel bike.Think about how you will stop and start.
Only hydraulic fluid will leak. Bad idea!

What type of clutch oil do I use for my 2006 ktm 250sxf

Do you mean brake fluid for clutch pump or oil for the engine?
If you ask about oil for engine KTM recomend Motorex Power Synt 4T 10W-50.
If you ask about the clutch brake fluid you will need brake fluid DOT 4 or DOT 5.1. See link: http://www.manualslib.com/manual/90432/Ktm-250-Sx-F.html?page=36

How much oils should i put in my ktm 250 sx 2 stroke 2003 model when i do a oil change?

2 stroke Mx bikes generally have(one or more of) four different methods of checking gearbox oil level.
The most common way to know is it is usually stamped on the clutch cover near the oil filler plug. It will read in CC's. 1cc equils 1ml. Sometimes they have an oil dipstick attatched to the filler plug. They have two lines on them. The bottom line is the lower level, the upper line is the full level.
The third style is an oil window situated at the bottom rear of the clutch cover, again with a high & low mark.
The fourth style is a bolt or screw on the clutch cover(with a alloy/copper/fibre washer behind it. For this type you remove the screw & fill thec gearbox untill oil starts to leak out of it with the bike upright.
Your bike will have one or more of these oil level checking systems.
If your totally unsure, ask your KTM dealer.
Hope this helps

Kick start is jammed

Put the bike in 3rd, 4th or 5th gear, the higher the better. Sit on the bike, with your hand off the clutch lever, and rock the bike back and forth to rotate the clutch hub. This might free up the lever. You will need to drain the oil and remove the right side casing to see and service the kick starter. If I recall correctly, there is a spring clip that allows the kick gear to engage the clutch hub. The piece could be broken, weak or out of position.

Smoke

If it's liquid cooled then that grey smoke is more than likely steam ( the head gasket is on it's way out). If it was burning oil you would able to smell it.,,
