my 06 stratoliner dose the same thing i have found that the oil on the dipstick cant be lower then 2/3 down on hashmarks... if it stalls i top off the oil.. i cant find an oil leak...
Did you change anything ... like putting stuff in a saddle bag? Different boots? Have you cheked air pressure in the tires? Are you sitting on the bike differently?
I'm leaning to tire pressure or uneven front tire wear and it does not have to be a lot of uneven tire wear to act in thismanner.
