SOURCE: Can't get the chain oiler to work. Using standard bar oil.

You can always put some penentrating oil in the saw oil tube by the bar, spray it in with the plastic straw attatched. Sometimes this will clean things out. As far as the tube being un attatched,,,, taking case apart is usually the remedy - kinda takes a while... :) Hope this helps you, Rick.

SOURCE: ryobi 540A need manual runs slow/ chain too tight?

Actually, I own one of these battery operated Ryobi chain saws too. It is normal for the saw to run slow. Remember it is battery powered, not gas, so its not going to be a high rpm saw. Be patient whit it, and you'll get about 4-6 cuts per battery. I take mine camping. It sure is nice not having to listen to a two-stroke while relaxing in the woods! Dont plan on cutting lots of stuff, either, or you'll burn up the motor. This thing works great for very mild workloads.

SOURCE: I need a repair manual for stihl ms192t chain saw for down load

Stihl considers ALL IPLs and shop manuals proprietary.
Every time Stihl becomes aware of an on line source they force its removal.
Rules here prohibit any expert from providing you an e-mail address, if I had what you seek I cannot provide a link where you can get it.

There are many threads pertaining to Stihl, many also discuss overhaul of different Stihl models. Good Luck

Where are the oiling ponts to the bar to the ryobi 16 inch petrol chainsaw?

Hi
It's Lisa?
On an electric chainsaw there usually aren't what you would call oiling points.Somewhere, probably on the rear or one side of the case will be a bulb. It's also the screw on cap for the oil reservoir.
You fill that up with chainsaw bar oil,and as you use the saw every few minutes push the bulb down 2-3 times and it applies oil to the chain and gear in the case. The chain transfers the oil to the bar.
If this helps, would you rate my post please?
Thanks Bob
By the way,if you give me your model number I can look for a manual somewhere. No promises though,Ryobi likes to sell their manuals rather than download them.

How to change the oil pump on the chainsaw model pcn 4545

Patrick;
I could not find anything matching the number you provided. I did find an electric saw "RY43006 Chain Saw" here (follow the instructions):
Homelite/Ryobi.com (authorized parts supplier)
https://www.gardnerinc.com/recons/disclaimer-lg.php - Agree; Choose “Product Line”; “Select OEM” & “Select Catalog” both to “Homelite Consumer Products”. A drop down list appears; self explanatory from here.
The numbers Homelite & Ryobi use do not match the numbers everyone posts. A careful inspection of your saw should find something that matches.

I think with the IPL as a disassembly guide replacement is pretty easy. There are a couple of hoses listed, I suspect one of them failed rather than the pump.

If this is not your saw please provide some different numbers (reply below) and I will try again. Good Luck. HTH

Need to know what kind of oil to put in ryobi chainsaw

If it is an electric chainsaw (not gas powered) then the only oil you need is chainsaw bar oil, which lubricates the chain and bar during use (self feeding system). This goes into the chamber at the top of the saw. You can buy chain/bar oil for chainsaws at any good hardware store or outdoor power equipment store. You can use any brand of chain bar oil, most are pretty good.

If it is a gas/petrol operated model, I will need to know the model number to advise on that.
