SOURCE: My signal lights, hazard lights, and tail light aren't working.

Check the rear bulbs. If they are working (brakes+lights) check the wires. For the turn signals, override the flasher relay. If they are coming on then you need to replace the relay. If not then check the left hand side clip on switch.

Have you check all the bulbs condition? Check your fuses and the blinker coil.

SOURCE: Rear tail lights and running lights not working.

Make sure that the rear light fuse is not blown
If not trace the brown wire from the rear lights & check for continuity between lamp holder & fuse
As its both rear lights & front sidelights it will not be an earth fault

Hope this helps (if so please mark as very helpful)

Hey I own a 2005 sportster 883C. I have turn signal problem, thouhgt if anyone can help. When I turn the ignition on only the left side flashes, so I thought maybe its fuses. I checked...

although you can cancel the left turn signal there you could still have a faulty switch which is not turning on the right side signals

also have you checked to see if the bulbs are bad, as sometimes a short can blow both front and rear bulbs

Brand new yamaha xt 250, ( just bought it today ) left turn indicator is burning for no reason. (not using turn signal, its just staying on) Is there an easy way to tell whats going on?

Your bike has running lights...in other words both front signal flashers should be on, but dimmer than when you use turn signals..So the issue is not why the left side is on but rather why why the right side is not lit also.
If you remove the right side bulb...you will see it has 2 filaments....one for running light, one for turn signal. Check the bulb. Try swapping the left and right bulbs and see if the right side now works...if it still doesn't...have the wiring connector checked. Does the turn signal work fine on the right side...this proves the ground is fine.
The bulbs on the back are turn signal only, and use a single filament bulb.
Since it is a new machine your dealer should address the problem free I would think.

My left turn signals won't blink and only the left rear one comes on (and doesn't blink) at all. I checked the bulb and that doesn't seem to be the issue. Any suggestions? Is it a bad relay? The right...

first u might want to check the ground wire. make sure it is a good connecion. 2nd. make sure BOTH front and rear bulbs are ok. I'll usual;ly take out the other side i know is good, and put them in the bad side just to make sure. 3rd, with a probe, make sure u are getting power to the bulb socket. if all these are ok, u may just need a new relay fuse/switch.

hope this helps cheers.. PK

99 park avenue turn right side turn signals inop does it have a relay and were is it located

If the left side still works, its not the blinker relay, the thing you hear ticking. Both left and right signals go through the same signal stat. Turn on your hazard flashers and make sure the bulbs on both the left and right side come on. If the do, you may have a problem with the turn signal switch on the steering column itself. If only the left comes on, it could be bad bulbs on the right side or a wiring issue. Wiring issues are more rare on Park Aves.
