I have a Scag 61" w 31 hp Kawasaki. When I start it ,dosen't charge and start blades, amp go all the way to - charger and stays.

First impression, it has a short. Start troubleshooting by disconnecting the electrical connector at the PTO clutch. If it still no charge, remove the clutch fuse. Still no charge, check wiring on backside of PTO switch.

My 2007 Kawasaki Mean Streak cutoff while I was riding it. Oil light came on, now it won't start. I added oil and even replaced the battery, but it acts as if it doesn't have enough power to start. ...

Not getting enough power. Did new battery get charged? Check for bad ground or other faulty electrical connection. Briefly try to jump start.? Make sure wire didnt get hot and touch frame causing short. Good luck. Oil light comes on after shutdown . If on while running, you could have locked it up.

Car starting sluggish, stalled and would not restart

Your post doesn't say what kind of car or year, so I can only guess. First you need to see if it's getting gas. Turn the key to "run" without turning the engine over. Have someone listen at the fuel cap for a humming sound that will last about three seconds after you turn the key to "run", and then stop. That humming is your fuel pump. If there is no hum, you either have a fuse blown or the fuel pump is toast. It is located in your fuel tank. If you had an engine light on when it started to act up, you'll need to get a code reader and find out what that was. Many other electrical problems can shut down the fuel pump. If the fuel pump is humming, you should check the fuel filter. It is located under the car on the frame somewhere depending on the make and model. It could be clogged.

We have a 2002 Grand Cherokee that we have just bought. Dealer installed a brand new battery because of sluggish starts. In a week the battery is acting weak again, sometimes it starts fine, other times...

I was having the same issue with my 95 GMC. I replaced the battery and alternator. It would start fine at times, at other times it would be sluggish. I finally took the starter off and had it checked. Turns out the starter was bad. When it would get hot, it would act as though the battery was dead. Replaced the starter and it has not acted up again. Have the starter checked. Replace if bad.

The atv starts with the choke on and idles great. When i go to throttle it bogs down and shuts off with an ocasional small backfire

you need to clean out the carburetor, the gas isn't getting through it. the bogging is caused by all the gas going into the engine cause of the choke, it dumps raw fuel into the engine and cant burn it all, there fore bogging and acting sluggish, the back firing is caused by the same thing, too much fuel going into the engine and being deposited in the pipe and igniting occasionally, clean the carb out and it will run fine

Cooling Fan Acting Up

in that it doesn't run like it used to hasn't started up while riding in 95 degree days and after I shut off the bike it may or may not start and sometimes starts a few minutes after I shut it down, at which time it sounds like it is struggling for a few seconds.  The blades spin freely when I spin them manually, and I can't find any troubleshooting procedures in the manual. ,Check the fuse and the temp sensor.,,,
