My arm broke on the the plastic and can not be fixed what do I do now ?

If it cannot be fixed, then you'll want to be looking at a new juicer.

If you're not sure if it can be fixed or not (as this is a common problem with some juicers and is quite fixable) then you'll want to contact the manufacturer and have them send you the appropriate replacement parts. Contact Omega at 800-633-3401

Grinding flaxseeds...just stoped towards end of grinding...????? Only 1 month old . @ Not happy.com

I think they have a safety cutout if you overwork them. Check the book.
