Should be the same as 2013:

TOURING OIL COOLER

REMOVAL

Pull out on the bottom of the oil cooler cover to disengage the lower retaining pins, then pull the cover up and remove it. THEN remove the 2 screws that hold the oil cooler to the frame. THEN loosen the clamp and slide them down the oil hoses, disconnect the hoses from the oil cooler adapter and remove the oil cooler. (To remove the hoses from the oil cooler, cut clamps the clamps with side cutters).

INSTALLATION

Push the oil hoses onto the oil cooler fittings, align the hoses and tighten the hose clamps using special hose clamp pliers. THEN secure the cooler to the frame with the two fasteners and tighten them to 20-22 ft-lbs (27.1-29.8 Nm). THEN put clamps on the hoses, install the hoses onto the oil cooler adapter fittings and tighten the clamps. THEN install the oil cooler cover upper latches first and then push down and back to engage the lower pins into the grommets.

What is specified front fork oil capacity for a 2014 street glide

2014 Service Manual says "Pour slightly more than 24 oz. (710 cc) Type 'E' HYDRAULIC FORK OIL directly into the fork tube." so you are going to need at least 48 oz for both.

Where is the oil drain plug for the 2008 FLHX street glide

I'm not really familiar with the Street Glide but usually on the "Glide" models, the oil tank is on the bottom of the transmission. There are usually two drain plugs on the bottom of the pan. The drain closest to the left front corner is the engine oil drain. The one nearest the center is the transmission.

Good Luck

Heat !! 08- 96ci stange 1 reinharts t/d - k&n af - been dyno'd what about an oil cooler?

If it's running way too hot, there is something wrong. Usually timing or air/fuel ratio. Adding an oil cooler will only mask the problem. If it's within normal operating temperature, an oil cooler sure wont hurt, especially if you live in a hot climate.
