The engine on this bike is made in India by Baja engine company. this bike is not sold in the united states. I need the valve / rocker arm adjustment specs. for this engine. It is a 144.8cc Baja engine. I purchased the bike in the Philippines. It is not the Epsilon 150. It is a Kawasaki Boxer CT150 motorcycle. It is a 2012 model.

I found a microfiche for the GTR1000 and it looks like the indicator-relay is mounted on the front-fairing inner-frame (fairing stay) on the right-hand side ie next to the headlamp-ish.

Kawasakis of this vintage have an automatic cam chain tensioner so the timing chain adjustment is not likely the problem. The chain itself may need to be replaced however, which is not a difficult job for a mechanic with a shop manual to follow the proper sequence and reinstall to specs. Otherwise, you may wish to seek professional help. If you do, ensure the mechanic knows Kawasakis of that age group.
