How i fix the headlight bulb always busted due to over current of alternator is that a relay problem? when i change with new bulb even if the engine is in idle and suddenly it will turn fast thats the

it is not the relay but the regulator that is allowing a surge of excess volts. this excess voltage increases the current and that is what is blowing the bulbs. Have the alternator bench tested along with the regulator.

How to change the globe to the headlight of my Kia Pregio GS 2005 van

To replace headlight bulb of kia pregio van: You only need Phillips screw driver and 10mm socket or open wrench. Open the hood, remove front grill with 4 phillips screw. This will give you room for your hand to pull out the headlight housing later on. Next is remove the signal light housing by unscrewing the phillips screw on top of the headlight housing then pull out the signal light housing and remove the bulb. You will see 2 pcs 10mm bolts on the side which hold the headlight. Loosened and remove the bolts on headlight holder then pull the headlight sideward. Remove power supply socket before removing it completely from the van. Remove bulb socket, spring clip, and busted bulb and replace with new one. Reassemble the disassembled parts in reverse order. That's it, will take you only 10 minutes.

Huh? First time BOTH ends being BUSTED? U mean a rear tail light bulb when replace, FRONT HEADLiGHTS burn? Either u got overcharging of ELECTRiCiTY by ur alternator that kept busting those BULBS? Have ur car check by an auto electrician before everything burns! Taah!

Headlight is busted out including casing. if i buy a new headlight do they come with the casing

I'm not entirely sure of what you mean as the casing...However: the headlight is a one piece unit (front clear cover, and back/mount). The bulbs are usually sold separately if purchased new. A used parts yard usually sells the headlight assembly as one piece, bulbs included. It can simply be bolted back in and the bulbs plugged back in.

All bulbs are lit except for the headlights

looks like headlights are now busted, or it wasnt lit because of faulty wiring, better check the headlights and its wirings to see if one of them is the culprit.
