This could be a simple shipping issue, Which if you look on the left hand side of frame in centre below seat and just under petrol tankthere is a GREEN wire, Which is normally not-connected or dis-lodged when riding, Connect wire back to other green wire near it heading towards gearboxIssue will then be sorted and electric start will now work.
Oil leaking from Left hand crank case near gear shifter
This is caused mainly by wear and tear on the gasket for the left crank case, just remove start motor cover carefully without loosing anything, Then Remove old paper gasket replace with new Copper gasket And/or Gasket sealant/maker bought from any HALFORDS shop for about £5
Oil pours out when I remove screw for manual turning of piston on left crank case
Unlike normal engines which this part would remain dry at all times, The skyjet engine which is basedof a Old CG-125 push rod engine, Oil pouring into that side and out the screw when un-screwed is commonso don't worry about anything breaking, However its recommended to empty oil from the main oil empting screwunder engine which is a 17MM Bolt and draining fully before removing any of engine casings.

My skyjet tap can not only be turned off but turned to reserve too I have issue with my regulated would this affect the bike idle popping from exhaust and sputtering from Carb?? Only rode her home sataday when I purchased her..absolutly poored it down..maybe some water at bottom of tank any help please
BOth sides of crank case gets oil in em its normal for the skyjet engine
To change oil Locate the 17MM bolt under the engine near the front of engine, Unscrew and Let the oil drain for about 1 hour Then Put bolt back and tighten properly, Then Add approx 1.6L of 4 stroke Motorbike oil
it would be a box about 3" by 1 1/2" with glass fuses in it , probably under seat or behind the side panel. find the red wire from battery and follow it. it should take you to the fuse box. you may find that your bike don't even have a box just a main 30a fuse on the red battery wire
