sounds like a poor ground issue, pull out the headlight and check all connections in there, your turn signals are on seperate feeds than the lights but they will probably share the same ground/earth in the headlight

SOURCE: left turn signal an speedometer

There was a recall on the speedometers about 2004.
Some were defective and just quit working. H-D replaced them for free. Not sure about your year/model, but I would contact a dealer or area service rep to see if it falls under the guidelines.

SOURCE: My signal lights, hazard lights, and tail light aren't working.

Check the rear bulbs. If they are working (brakes+lights) check the wires. For the turn signals, override the flasher relay. If they are coming on then you need to replace the relay. If not then check the left hand side clip on switch.

It mught be the bulb that needs replacing or else check the wiring to the bulb for continuity in case there is a broken or snapped bit.If you have a voltmeter then you can test the voltage reading at the point of contact..Sometimes rust builds up and a simple cleaning would solve this.Hope this helps.

Have you check all the bulbs condition? Check your fuses and the blinker coil.

Fuse for turn signal

The fuse for the signal lights controls both lights. If the fuse is blown none of the signal lights will work. If the left front/rear signal is not working or is flashing fast suspect a defective bulb

I have a 2005 325ci bmw the hazzard light not working neither turn signal .

The simple, and most likely, cause of this problem is a blown fuse in the turn signal circuit. Normally, the turn signal lamps are activated by a single-pole double-throw switch circuit on your 325ci's steering column. That switch is also called turn signal switch and, as you know, you activate it by pressing up or down on the turnstalk (the lever usually on the left side of the steering wheel).

The hazard light circuit is a double-pole single-throw circuit that gangs the right and left turn signal circuits into one and then activates the front and rear signals as your 325ci's hazard lights.

Since they use the same circuits, the fuse is common to both and if it is blown then neither the turn signals nor the hazard lights will work.

Left turn signal and left Hazard light blow fuse

Probably a bad bulb, or a short in the wiring. Try a new bulb, if that does not work, trace the wiring looking for any chafing against metal.
