VT1100 has two spark plugs per cylinder, the sparkplug caps are snap-ons so they're fairly easy to remove. You need a spark plug socket wrench to remove and replace the spark plugs.

more than likly the fill is behind the plastic on the trip tree on the right hand side. loosen the screw and pull and the fill will be staring right at you.

Check the out put of your regulator/rectifier, though rare with honda r/r's since they are made very well and rarely break down ( at least the older model ones ) it could be what is causing this unless you have a short circuit in your wiring harness.
