you seemed to have sticky plate....the pressure plate disengage but the plate get stuck together (maybe due to long time without running) or you can just try to make it start and get down a hill then engage true gear,, ride it like that till temperature grow and play with clutch actuation maybe it will came back ok in a short time because of the torque application and oil getting everywhere in the clutch...
The clutch slave can be difficult to bleed. It sounds like you have air in there.
I'd bleed it, and zip tie the lever to the grip overnight. That will allow air to return to the master.
Another issue could be sticky plates in the clutch pack. Does the bike get ridden infrequently?
