What to do when motorcycle will not start tipped over tries to start but wont fire up

How old is the battery? You need to check if the alternator is putting out a charge, is the regulator working. A dead cell in the battery will often show a full charge state if you try to charge it. When you try to start the bike the battery is required to give a high charge to the starter. The buzzing you hear is probably the starter solenoid trying to work. I would suggest fit a new battery and if the bike starts OK check out the charging system. 14.4 volts is the normal reading across the battery with the engine running at 5K.

Battery voltage drop

Sounds like the starter motor itself. Does the engine turn at all when you try to crank it?

The bike wont start after sitting for a few days. It starts to try to turn over but then it just starts clicking.

Battery not holding its charge if you rely on your bike for transport then just buy new battery as this will never get better just worse and more unreliable it will even not start after you have ridden only few minutes ago eventually
If you want cheap fix then hook up to battery charger few hours before you need to use it but this option would annoy me after first few times personally just get new battery ASAP

Bike turns over all lights on except the neutral light when i try and start it it wont start all fuses work battery good

You dont say what bike this is, most modern bikes wont start if the neutrol light does not work, this is safety feture to stop you starting the bike in gear, does the bike turn over ok or not? Does the bike have the gearing selection reversed as with rear sets in track mode as the gears are reversed, and neutrol would be 1 down from the top

Honda XR125 L-4 3 month old battery, Bike has engine has started to die, exhaust goes pop (backfire?), engine cuts out all together, battery almost completely dead wont restart bike, starter just clicks...

put a volt meter across the battery terminals, should read over 12v stopped and rise to 13.5v with the engine running.
If the voltage doesnt rise there is a problem with the charging circuit.
Be carefull starting from a car, as this can cause damage to the bikes electrics, as the bike tries to produce enough amps to charge up the car when the bike starts, and overcook electrics.

Strting problem on my wind 125

what else could it be? I'm with stupida dead battery WILL NOT be recognized by a battery tender thats why the light wont come on. Are you trying to jump the bike using a car that is TURNED OFF? You can hook the 2 batteries together and that will help equalize your bike battery enough that the battery tender will recognize that you are indeed connecting it to a battery or you can buy a battery charger and charge it for 20 minutes (or barrow one) which will be more than enough for the battery tender to recognzie the battery. *edit I should mention that the reason a battery tender wont recognize a dead battery is it must see (feel) electricity from the battery. I dont know all the exact properties as in what votage it must see but if it doesnt see it it thinks its not a battery. A charger will try and charge it no matter what it may be. I mean you connect a charger to a metal bar and it will try to charge it. oh if you hook the two batteries together im not sure the bike will start though it may. I have never tried it with a bike but at work we connect two forklift batteries together for 30 minutes and that gives it enough of a charge for our battery tenders to recognize that its charging a battery.,
