SOURCE: the battery continues to die it will not recharge

it happened to me and it was the light bulb. someone had changed for a super bright blue. make sure there is no non standard electrical equipment on the bike. Also you only get a year to 18months out of a battery for this bike.

SOURCE: wont recharge the battery when riding and gauges

I could be realted to the Stator, but much more likely diodes or regulator. It sounds like you are running on battery alone. You need 13.8 to 14,5 volts at the battery at 2000 rpm. I suspect that you have 12.x, and are not charging...

Lithium Ion batteries are not suitable for motorcycles despite what it says on the label and advertising. The Scotty Kilmer YouTube Channel did a video on it 2 says ago! The technology is different the maker did not design the electronics and the computer for Lithium Ion.

I'm pretty sure my stator is bad but when I turn my Yamaha Tt-R 225 over it just clicks but when I jump it of it wants to start but only a whining sound could I be wrong period?

stator is only for charging. if you charge battery up and try, it should be fine. stator will just cause excessive battery drain. same as alternator in a car. if you run it and unhook battery... it dies, the stator is bad. keeps running, stator is good.
the clicking is low battery sound, but need more info on whine

Will not hold a charge it has a new battery, stator and rectifier.

Take it back to the dealer! they will check for free. It is one of those. Sometimes you get a new part that is still bad, it happens. Take it to any reputible dealer and like i said, they will check it for free

2001 Suzuki GSXR 600 starting trouble.

The stator is probably it..I had the same problem...After you change it the bike will run so much better. That's why it ran good with the new battery...Then it started draining it..It takes a special tool to get it out..

Replaced stator and battery, bike still givin trouble

the regulater is located between tha battery and the gas tank .There are (3) white and(2)red wires .See if they are showing signs of damage from heat more than likley they are because when you "boost" or jump these bikes you burn a very weak diode witch regulates the charging time from the stator i would check ebay for the best price on a new regulater rectifier you may need one.I had the same problem with my 2000 model r6.good luck bro!

I have a 1992 softtail fxst and the battery is not being recharged after I ride it for a while it just dies, its a new battery so when I use jumper cables it will start but dies after a while...help

You need to use an ohmeter and test the stator to see if it is grounded out. Pull the plug going to the regulator and put one lead to a good ground and then poke the other lead in each of the connector holes to the stator. do this with the motor not running. If you have continutity on either wire to ground then the stator is shorted/grounded and must be replaced. If everything is ok there then the regulator is bad.

While riding all lights started to flash engine run erratic bike died of death bike will not start

Start with charging and load testing the battery. Then test the stator, to test the stator on the bottom of the right down tube is the plug that goes from the stator to the voltage regulator. With a multi meter, read the voltage from the stator, I forget the exact values but as you rev the motor the voltage should climb if it dosn't your stator is bad. If the stator is good take a reading again with the motor running at the battery cables, again I forget the exact value but you should have a steady reading at the battery, if it isn't and fluctuates it is bad.

1998 Honda CB750 battery dead sometimes for no apparent reason

sounds like a bad charging stator circuit.  May be a bad rectifier or voltage regulator.  You need a multimeter to check each component.  It also simply could be a bad battery.
