no same tank but two pumps possible clog of line and or nozzle pull hose off nozzle and try to see if fluid squirts if yes use a pin or air or clear nozzle if no fluid possible pump in washer fluid tank shot

have you check the spray nozzle or spray line for s clog? only other thing you didn't list? let me know?

Not much information to work with namely the make and model of the vehicle and why you think you need a new nozzle. If it is not squirting there are several possibilities. First I would listen for the pump. It can be under the hood or in the rear side panel depending on your model. Consult the car manual. If the pump is working and the resevoir has fluid in it the next things it could be a pluged nozzle or a disconnected hose. A straight pin or hat pin should be small enough to insert into the nozzle to check for a plug. If the pin is too big then a wire from a stiff wire brush may work to dislodge a plug. If you are able to move something in the nozzle try to use the washer to see if it squirts. If it does squirt it will likely plug back up again if you don"t clean the slug out of the nozzle. To do this you may need to remove the inside door panel to get to the hose connection and back flush the nozzle. At this point you can remove the hose from the nozzle and check the flow by operating washer. If you get flow through the hose you will need to clean the nozzle. If there is no flow you will need to check it at the pump or trace the path of the hose to find a break in the hose.

Sounds to me part of the tubing is frozen shut from the pump to nozzle, nozzle may be clogged as well. The pump motor might run, but pump on the end faulty. Remove tubing from pump and see if it squirts out, if so replace tubing to pump and remove tubing from nozzle on hood or wiper, check to see if it squirts from there. IF it does then your nozzle is clogged with wax or ice.

Cut off valve under nozzle either jammed or needs replacing, try cleaning it with warm soapy water first.

Clean an iron:

1. Unplug the iron and make sure it is cool before cleaning.
2. Use a toothpick or pipe cleaner to remove buildup in the steam vents, making sure the debris doesn't fall into the vents.
3. Use a fine sewing needle to carefully clean the spray nozzle of mineral deposits.
4. To flush sediment from a steam iron, pour 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup vinegar into the water tank. Place the iron on a rack over a broiling pan and set the iron to steam until the tank runs dry. Repeat if necessary. Or follow the instructions for using a commercial iron cleaner.

Service the steam and spray mechanism:

1. Unplug the iron.
2. Use a fine sewing needle to unclog the steam valve assembly. Also, check the valve spring and replace it if it is broken or has lost tension.
3. If the spray pump is accessible, remove it and check for leaks by placing the spray tube in water and squirting the pump. Clean or replace as needed.

Clean a metal soleplate:

1. Unplug the iron.
2. Use a sponge and commercial soleplate cleaner or baking soda and water to remove dirt buildup on the soleplate. Rinse well with water and dry. Don't use harsh abrasives or immerse an electric iron in water.
3. Use very fine steel wool (0000) or an emery cloth to remove scratches and burns on the soleplate, then clean the soleplate.

If the iron does not spray properly, inspect and clean the nozzle (see below).
If the iron leaks or spits, clean the steam vents, nozzle, and tank.
If the iron sticks to fabric, clean or repair the soleplate. If the iron stains fabric, clean the soleplate, clean the tank with a commercial cleaner, and use distilled or filtered water.

MOST TIMES YOU MUST REPLACE THE NOZZLE. YOU CAN TRY TO CLEAR IT WITH A PIN GOOD LUCK, MOTOR62500

To reset the volume of water you just need to hold the red button till you fill the cup to your desired level. This will reset the auto fill function and next time you will get a full cup.

Try starting the washer up without a nozzle clicked in and purging water through the pump, shut it down and install the nozzle and restart, if the motor lugs then it is making pressure, if the pump squirts water out of the by-pass immediately and or constantly it may be a stuck bypass and not a bad pump.
