Go to this site and you can download a free PDF factory service manual. There should be a wiring diagram in the electrical section and somewhere there should be information on HISS. I have never worked with HISS so can't advise how to disable. Once you get the HISS taken care of you now have a manual for other repairs also!

Honda doesn't put instructions on how to disable their security system in the factory service manual. The whole point of the system is to discourage theft. Why would they publish a manual with instructions for how thieves can disable it? Why would they deliberately design it to be disabled? That would defeat the whole point.
The correct answer is to contact a Honda dealer and see if they can program new keys for you. You can buy the special transponder key blanks from the dealer or the aftermarket, but the dealer has to help you program the transponder.
