What years have the same axel as the 97 xr250 front wheel? I need to replace my front wheel and need a wheel that will fit my forks on my 1997 xr 250.

Go to the site below where you can see a parts diagram for your specific bike. You will select the actual brand, year, model, etc., once you go to the site. Part numbers and prices are also shown. You can order parts from this site. In the event no price is shown on a particular part, the part is not in stock. www.babbittsonline.com/pages/parts/viewbybrandand/parts.aspx I checked, and Babbit's has a new front wheel assembly for your bike. Cost is $605 plus shipping (probably $25).
Alternate to that, google "motorcycle salvage Honda" and see if you can get a used wheel for $250 or so.
