access fittings from inside boot access you may find coverings to gentle pull back to access the unit then a matter of twisting gently with gentl pull holder and build pop out. twist out offending bulb replacing and twist to lock . replace back into light assembly holder
The battery is in the floorboard. You should see a small section of the floorboard secured with a screw or screws. Once that cover is removed you can access the battery and fuse.
While I don't own a Roughhouse, I have owned a couple other Chinese made scooters. There is a very good chance the battery is located under the floorboard of the bike. I looked at a few photos of the scooter online ad it looks like there is a small door in the middle of the floorboard. I believe they like to put the batteries low on these bikes to help keep the center of gravity low.
