how to fix no spark and wire pit bike. coryncheryl1 ... Chinese Quad 110cc wiring hack making SPARKS !!! No ...
May 27, 2014 - Stator (6th winding and trigger pickup module); CDI unit; Ignition coil; Spark ... to check for voltage at the two primary wires of the ignition coil.
www.kazumaracing.com > ... > Chinese ATV Service Manuals
Number 2 is the ignition coil and that is easily found because the large wire and cap ... The final third component is the stator magnetor or magnetic pickup coil.
Apr 11, 2012 - 90% of no spark is caused by the CDI Charge Coil in the Stator. ... Thestator is located on engine side housing, where a 5 wire unit is coming ...
Stator should be producing AC power to a regulator. Check to see if you are getting any DC power to the coil. Bring DC power to the coil positive and then ground the negative and then when you remove the negative from the ground the coil will spark from the secondary wire to ground once each time you ground and remove the ground from the coil primary circuit if the coil is any good.
check spark plug (remove & place on side of barrel and kick over ) check for signs of water ingress on coil connectors and then check power supply at coil no joy then remove flywheel casing and fly wheel check for water ingress on stator plate and check resistance across stator windings hope this helps terry
Check the on/off switch for corrosion.Cleanit and use dielectric grease on it. If this still doesnt help, then check the stator and make sure the keyway key hasnt sheared off. If it hasnt, then do a stator test on the stator to make sure the stator is good. Good Luck!
If your 125 pit bike skyteam is not sparking, even though you've tried everything, there could be a few different issues causing the problem. Some possible causes include:
Faulty ignition coil: The ignition coil is responsible for creating the spark that ignites the fuel in the engine. If the ignition coil is faulty, it will not produce a spark.
Stator issues: The stator is responsible for generating power to the ignition coil. If the stator is not working properly, it will not produce the power needed to create a spark.
CDI issues: The CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) is responsible for sending power to the ignition coil. If the CDI is not working properly, it will not send power to the ignition coil, resulting in no spark.
Spark plug: A fouled or worn spark plug can prevent the engine from starting. Check the spark plug and replace it if necessary.
Wiring issues: A problem with the wiring can prevent the spark from reaching the spark plug. Check all the wiring connections and make sure they are clean and secure.
Battery: A weak or dead battery can prevent the engine from starting. Check the battery and charge or replace it if necessary.
It is possible that one or more of these issues may be causing the problem. It is recommend to check the owner's manual for troubleshooting and further guidance. If the problem persist, it is best to take it to a qualified mechanic for diagnosis and repair.
check the trigger coil inside the stator cover. sometimes these go bad and will not pick up a signal from the flywheel to send to the coil for spark. you can find complete stator assemblies quite cheap on ebaymotors.com that come with the trigger coil.
hello, if you have weak fire probably, source coil or pickup in stator, or stator itself, if its not a real blue fire, bike will not run, if its sorta orange looking probably, stator, check for shorts in wires also..
hello, you probably need to have your stator checked out, sometimes the pickup coil in the stator will go out, also you can try ign coil, the one spark plug wire is hooked to,warriors are bad about cdi going out, mine would idle, would not rev up, would bog down, source coil in stator probably needs to be checked also..
