The headlight and sounds no longer work. It is fully charged. Only had it since 9/5/16.

Have you checked to see if they have voltage to the connectors, they may just be burned out.

Can't find where to put batteries in for lights

The battery compartment is on the back side of the headlight underneath the right turn signal button. Just look beside the forward reverse switch and down you will see the compartment. you have to turn the handlebars all the way to the left.
