The bike will start just fine and run great sometimes but other times it will not. I could be riding it and all of a sudden it boggs down and I have no power. It can die too and sometimes hard to start back up. There is an aftermarket pipe on it so I got the carburetors re-jetted and cleaned out. The guy also insisted on taking the fuel pump out because the bike doesn't need it. I got it back and it worked for awhile and then it started to do the same thing. Very hesitant with the fuel. Then I noticed that when I fill the tank up it runs great for about 45mins. And anytime when the tank gets lower than a certain point it boggs down again. I would love some help with the problem. 2000 Honda CBR 600 F4.
(Certified Honda Tech) Did the guy take out your pump. If so put one in. It sounds to me that running good with a full tank and not with less in the tank is a gravity fed issue. If your bike was designed to have one then you need one.
I could be wrong but it sounds like your getting air in the gas lines. Is your gas cap tightening correct and working properly? Check all fuel lines to see if you have a crack or loose and air getting in.

Without knowing the age of your bike, I would say you have a fuel problem. Either your fuel filter is blocked, your fuel pump is blocked/not working or your tank is low on fuel. More seriously - it could be fuel evaporation in the inlet (usually only a problem on engines with hot carburettors).
I hope it is the easier fix and that this helps.
