check the rear brake light switch located behind brake pedal,may be stuck on - common. try adjusting w/ adjusting nut so pedal does not engage switch fulltime.if still on, check front brake light switch look at two wires w/ connectors at front master cylinder,disconnect one, see if light goes out. if it does, the little pin that actuates it may be stuck. you might have to remove lever to unstick it.
