The first thing that I would check are the fuses. I believe that the fuses are located behind the right side engine cover. Check your owner's manual for fuse box and tachometer and instrument ligt fuse location(s).
Boy oh boy there are a lot of tachos here, unfortunatly non i would choose, you need a tacho that picks up the spark pulse from the spark plug, not one that requires a photo tape placed on the machine, Both Husqvarna and Stihl retail good quaility tachos, just place it near the spark plug and it gives a very accurate reading, they are called DET102 the Husqy part no. is 502711401.
This problem is quite common in these type set which employ the use of the Thompson ITC222 chassis. There are three capacitors that create this situation, they are: CP120, CP140, and CP150. If you have a background in electronics and know how to solder well, this is an easy problem to take care of. This just requires the replacing of these capacitors. So if you do have a background in electronics I have the schematic if you need it.
If you do not have a background in electronics I would suggest that you have qualified TV technician do this for you.
Both are in need of repair, nothing else will cause this kind of problem except the inner electronics of both instruments, they can be repaired by any authorized Hyundai electronics repair station, but it won't e cheap.

There is a potentiometer behind the gas knob. Sometimes if the knob is not coming back out fully after you push to light this may happen. also chect that the trailing contacts on the pot are not still engage after ligting has ocurred

This problem denotes a problem with your color section of your TV. First I need to know if you have a background in electronics because if you do not it will be very difficult for you to understand what I am talking about. First you will need a schematic diagram of your TV. Then you wil need a multimeter to measure voltage and resistance. Then you will need an oscilloscope, finally a sisgnal generator (use color bars, or gated rainbow). These pieces of equipment will allow you to troubleshoot your problem. If you do not have a background in electronics, please take you set to an electronics shop for repair.
Electrical problems are very difficult to solve on a car without the electrical diagram and the correct test equipment. It sounds like you have an "electrical short" which if not repaired correctly will result in having a "fire" and no car at all.
I strongly suggest you take your car to a Ford Dealer and have them solve your problem.
