Goes in gear sometime but won't move clutch not realeasing will only change 3 gears when not running only 1 when running like shifter arm is out of line inside motor -shaft-driven
Sounds like the clutch is worn out. It sounds like it is slipping so badly it won't transmit enough power to move the bike. As far as only going in 3 gears with the engine not running, are you spinning the rear wheel while trying to shift it? The trans shafts have to be spinning to be able to shift through the entire gear range.Try shifting it with the engine running and see if you get all 5. If you do, there is no problem with the transmission.

Sounds like the slave cylinder inside bell housing is leaking. Replace both cylinders when fixing. the clutch plate and flywheel should be inspected for wear.
Assuming the pickup is an automatic, check the transmission fluid. The #1 cause for transmission slippage is lack of Automatic Transmission Fluid.
If the pickup is a standard shift, the pin that connects the shift to the transmission has likely broken. You would still be able to shift from the inside but the gears won't engage. A bad clutch is also a possibility but you would have noticed a burning smell prior to the clutch giving out.
Have you just replaced the clutch? Taken out the transaxle, and put it back in? Are you sure transmission was in good condition before this? If so, review your procedure carefully to be sure you got it all back right. Watch the slave cylinder while someone depresses clutch. You should see the little plunger move slightly out and move the clutch lever back. The lever moves the release bearing inside bell housing into contact with the pressure plate. If slave cylinder doesn't move at all, try bleeding again. The plunger has to move when clutch is engaged. I'm not sure what you mean by "will shift but won't go into gear". You mean it's actually going into a gear position and car won't move? Or it won't go into any gear, period. As if you had no clutch?
