Motorcycle running on one cylinder

Just obtained a Yamaha V Star 650. It seems to be running on one cylinder. What do I do?

First, determine which cylinder is bad. Touch the exhaust pipes to determine which is hotter.(the pipes get VERY hot so be quick or use a non-contact thermometer.)
Remove and look at the bad cylinder's plug, if ti's wet you are getting fuel, try replacing it. (Heck, replace it anyway.)
If there is no fuel on the plug the carburetor might be plugged or need cleaning.

My 2006 vstar 1100 seems too be running and idleing fine however i just notice front head is getting hotter then back one at idle is this normel

Well first off, the word 'Yamaha' is missing.
It is not in the correct year make model category.
Third, the word is 'carburetor'.
But the main issue is what on earth is a 'toekes'??
