When riding at varying speeds the reverse

When riding my 2007 yamaha grizzly 700 4x4 EPS at varying speeds the reverse indicator light comes on causing the rev. limiter to engage. I've had the reverse switch replaced once for the same problem, but now people are telling me it's more than likely just loose wiring, is it? and do I really need this switch, can I by-pass it??

Have you tried putting the ATV in reverse, drive 5 feet, then put in neutral and disengage the 4x4. I know that has worked with my 660. This has also worked with the diff lock.

Not a good idea. Its a big motor with big pistons and you get those big suckers pumpin faster than yamaha intended and you'll end playing "Which of these pieces in my bottom end USED to be in my top end"

When riding my 2011 Yamaha grizzly 700 about 1/2 throttle it shuts down and when I get in water or mud it like it loses power what would it be

Hi Curtis:
Considering the age of the machine I'd be looking at basic maintenance first. Things like air filter, fuel filter, carb condition, spark plugs, oil and oil filter change. Then start thinking about valve condition and clearances.

After a winter of light snow plowing my 700 2010 grizzly seems to want to keep going when I apply the brake. Wondering what this may be?

brakes might be out of adjustment or no pads left. you been riding in water ? dirt will get on the brakes and wear the pads out fast especially if it sandy ? pull the tires and check the pads and see if you have any left left, if so, adjust them. you can get a manual on adjusting brakes on yamahas online.

HOW MUCH GREASE WHEN REGREASING AN ATV CLUTCH,550 EPS YAMAHA GRIZZLY,

Put enough grease to cover the rollers. Also add some to the actual tracks where the rollers glide on. The clutch should have a thin cover that is held on by three small screws. that is your "grease cap" If there is too much grease it'll end up there. Hope this helps. I own older grizzlies and that is what has worked for me.
