It sounds like a control board issue that is not an easy user fix. I just did a web search to see if anyone had the same Problem with no success.

I had the exact same problem. To fix it right click the manga studio icon go to properties-compatibility. Set everything under settings to on, apply-OK, then go on manga studio, it should mess up your screen resolution, don't worry about that. Close the program, your screen resolution should go back to normal, go back on to the properties-compatibility screen and set everything under settings to off. Now when you go on to manga studio it should work fine.

Try these solutions: cooldown your PC/ Restart your pc/ unload your cache. If none of those help I suggest getting technical help including a registry problem.
