have you tried a new spark plug???? try new sparkplug there may be a spark on the old one but it may not be strong enought, if that dont work you know its petrol problem!
When the bike fell over the fuel level in the carburettor changed and overflowed when you stood the bike up. Just wipe away the excess fuel..there is nothing to worry about at all...
