Hi,I dont know the tork for the hub,but I have worked on maney cars in my life time and I have never used a tork, and had know complaits.
so if you wont to do it your whay fine,but I will tell you aney whay so you have options.
just tighten the hub nut fully home then undo the nut slowly untill the disc can move around freely thats all you need to do.

if its a standard there is no filter. if its an auto then the filter is inside the pan on the bottom of transmission. you need to remove pan and all fluid will come out. pull off filter replace filter and pan gasket then tork pan to spec and refill with new fluid

I'm assuming you're talking about the 'head pressure' to the condenser reading fine? You might have a clogged condenser or you have a 'mode door' which is either stuck open/closed.

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
   
2. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
   
3. Loosen the mounting bolts and nut of headlight assembly (A).

4. Take care that retaining clip (A) is not to be damaged-Santa Fe.

5. Disconnect the headlight electrical connectors.
   
6. Remove the headlight assembly.
   
7. Remove the headlight bulb:
   
   • Remove the headlight bulb(s) with a counterclockwise turn-Santa Fe.
     
   • Remove the headlight bulb after removing the bulb caps (A)-Veracruz.
     

     Remove the head lamp bulb(s) with a counterclockwise turn-Santa Fe
     

     Remove the headlight bulb after removing the bulb caps (A)-Veracruz
     

To install:

1. Install the headlight bulbs.
   
2. Install the headlight bulb caps-Veracruz.
   
3. Connect the headlight electrical connector.
   
4. Install the headlight assembly.
   
5. Connect the negative (-) battery termina

Sounds like a first-time project; don't start on this without documentation available. If the factory service manual is too costly (often the case), I recommend Haynes manuals which will give you all the information you need for any project you can do at home:

If your Santa Fe has a V6 engine 2.7L , it sounds like you have an ignition break down happening. You will need to renew all the ignition wires and check the two coils also for arcing .
