I have hero hond passion plus model. i had been using this for 6 yrs now.... recently there is pickup problem and engine sounds different. When i visited mechanic, he had suggested bore repair..... he was asking 3k for bore repair and 4k for replacement of bore....he also said once done there will not be any problem till next 30k km...is it so??? which one to opt ...pls suggest

change the batttry

ramesh. for 3k you probably can get a rebuilt engine which will give you much longer than 30km life. Look into it.

Always use Hero Honda 4T plus 20W40 Engine oil and after filling this oil, next oil replacement is after 4000kms.

Oil Filling Procedure: Drain the Old oil and tell the technician to remove the clutch case and remove the rotor and clean the clean the rotor, and then while fitting the clutch case need to replace the rotor gasket and clutch gasket.

Fill only 900 ml of Engine oil, and maintain the Engine oil level between minimum level to maximum level
