Ryobi riding mower wont charge old or new battery!

Try jumpering battery directly to the starter terminal. The ignition switch or start relay could be the problem.

New Husqvarna riding mower only used twice now won't start. 1st 2 times working fine, now it only clicks when i try to start

CLicking is usually a sign of low battery voltage. When the solenoid clicks on , the starter is added to the battery load. The voltage drops to below what will hold the solenoid and it disconnects the starter. No starter in the circuit raises the voltage enough to click on the solenoid and the cycle repeats. If you have a red jumper cable, jump the battery positive (+) to the big bolt on the side of the starter motor with a heavy duty red wire on it.
If the engine does not turn over, you have a battery isue.

Turn key on engine turnover slowly a few times and then it dies or makes a click.click noise

Slow turning and the click click of the starter solenoid indicates either a low battery and/or a loos battery or ground connection. One also couldn't rule out a bad starter motor or solenoid.

I was riding the tractor mowing shut it off to get lunch returned 1 hr later would not start. I bought a new battery and had the starter checked all good still wont start. I get a click when i turn the key...

The starter solenoid sounds to be bad. Follow the + cable from the starter and it will lead to the solenoid. This is usually about $10. The battery produces power to the solenoid which then produces power to kick the starter over. The clicking is the contacts in the solenoid you are hearing.

Craftmans 3000dlt ride on mower can't start it up all it does is click click changed the selenoid and starter still click click Ammeter runs to negitive when i try to start it and it's a brand new battery...

The starter itself may be bad. Take the starter off, connect it to the battery on the mower with jumping cables + to + and - to battery and ground other to starter. It should spin as if it was going to start the mower. You may have to try different places on the starter for a good ground. If the starter spins, then it's not the starter, but binding. If it was electrical such as seat switch or blade switch it would still turn over but not start. With the starter clicking, it sounds to me that the solenoid is fine.
