If you guy's have read my previous problems, the bike still isn't running, the bike is getting great, spark, and still has great compression. I took off the carburetor, and took it apart and noticed that there wasn't any gas in the bowl, or throughout the carburetor. Does any one know why gas isn't flowing through the carburetor?

Go to your local parts store and ask for a tap..Show them your plug and they give it to you..Just be real careful threading it in..That will clean the threads up..Or use the new plug hold it as straight as possible and slowly thread it in..That will work great..Done that before..It will go back in..Just take your time and keep it straight...Have fun on your trip!!!!!!!

SOURCE: My 50cc 2 stroke engine won't start, it has fuel
Hi and welcome to FixYa,
A couple of ideas:
For a no start 2 stroke engine with your described condition, a possibility to consider is too much / unburned 2T oil in the lower combustion chamber; remove sparkplug, air dry (or use compressed air).
Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.

try a new spark plug. if u fowl out a plug some time they will not fire under compression.2 strokes need. fuel, fire and air, very simple engines.it is possible crank seal are bad .that doesn't allow the engine to create vacuum in the crank case.thus fuel and air will not make it to combustion chamber.
